Before we proceed, we will go over the scope of work, including pricing, timelines, and logistics. When you feel assured about every aspect, we will finalize the agreement together. You will also have the opportunity to meet your dedicated project manager.
Phase 4: Project Development
Your remodel is set, products have been ordered, and permits are in place. You will receive a comprehensive calendar outlining precisely what will take place in your home each day.
Phase 5: Building
Your project manager supervises each phase of the construction process. Dust barriers and daily cleanups safeguard your home. Rigorous quality inspections guarantee that every detail is finished to the utmost standard.
Phase 6: Project Completion
When the work is finished, your new bathroom gets a professional cleaning and is ready to use. We'll walk through it with you one last time to make sure everything matches what we promised, not just what's in the paperwork.
